i always have this craving for mee soto. i found it. i ate it. i paid for it. at this whopping price tag of 9 bucks. HOWWWW exp. but the chilli was nice and spicy la.

it doesn’t taste as good as the authentic singapore product but once you mix it with the chilli, it doesn’t taste that bad overall.

can’t rmb what it’s called. think it’s sth like gado gado or whatever. anw, it cost 9 bucks as well… i don’t deny that it’s costly but sth to get my craving fixed afterall i had a wonderful time introducing these dishes to my honkie friend.

story behind this beef bowl (5+AUD)….
i met my south africa friend (the 1st babe i came to know in Sydney) for lunch at yoshinoya after my jog. we have not seen each other for like 1 mths plus? and the farniest thing she said to me was… “did u just had a teeth surgery?” and i actually bursted into laughter. cuz the actual fact was that i simply put on weight and has got nth to do with teeth surgery or whatever sort. HAHAHA. yesh yesh, i am a plate face girl! DAMN!

yums looking isn’t it! i cooked one manssss… wuhahahaaa… alrighty, not in the sense of making the dumpling instead i just boiled and pan fried it. haaa.. but still, it’s an effort!

cheese, bread, brocolli, wine…. the basic ingredient for cheese fondue.
i invited my dearest angels over for this simple fare i made. it also fulfiled my craving for CHEESE. i can’t help but to keep on buying heaps of cheese since i’m in this cheesy country. haaaa… and so, i bought camembert(6+AUD), brie(6+AUD), and 2 block of swiss cheese (7AUD). tell me if it’s cheap.

the angels in turn bought me cupcakes…

all mine! means… i’m gonna get even fatter! wuhahahaaa….

yup. i have heaps of food craving and one of it has to be katsudon! my top 10 fave food! the craving was so intense that i actually made my way to marrickville (10-15mins walk from my home) in the midst of cooking, just to get these missing ingredient: mirin and onion.
it was SOO good. i mean, you can’t go very wrong with dashi stock, mirin, sugar and eggs as the ingredient.
and,
i was SO happy eating it!

i know i should cut down my food intake. on the other hand, i REALLY want to bake something and i realised i haven’t been baking for months!

therefore, i found this recipe from my recipebook (alllll the way from singapore) that does not require the use of electric whisk. the batter was so similar to the taste of nutella! BIG YUMS!

the measurement of the ingredient wasn’t that accurate since i do not have a measuring cup but to my surprise it actually turned out quite alright.

my delectable dark choco cookies.
till then,
take cares,
love,
